Research on this business found that while this LLC is registered with the Texas Office of the secretary of state, the information within that filing such as business address and personal address is fraudulent. In other words the business address does not exist and the personal address is owned by a different individual. The personal address is 4 hours and 45 minutes away from the business address. One search found the business is based in Austin TX and another search found that the business is based in New York City. The CEO of this business is Darren Bruce Taylor: his senior assistant is Lauren Hurley. Both of these individuals are scammers. They influence you to buy stocks and then short those stocks for a profit while the investor loses money when the stock drops due to it being shorted. This business violates consumer protection laws.
