Type of a scam Online Purchase
I paid #30.95 for sneakers, and an extra $66.00 expedite shipping cost. A total of $96.95 from my debit visa card. It was promised i would receive my package within 3-4 days. After the amount of days I noticed i have not received my package. On Monday morning, June 6, 2022 I emailed the company at 6:20 am informing them of non delivery of my package, that i requested Express Shipment, and was not notified. I ask to please keep me updated on the status.
On Tuesday Morning, June 7, 2022 at 1:20 am The company Sissistyles responded stating the package is shipped. When i clicked on the highlight(TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT) IT STATED THERE IS NO TRACKING DETAILS FOUND. I immediately returned an email message to the company at 9:07am, notifying them that i received the message. However, when i tapped into the shipping information. i can't get get in, and if they can please fix this error?
I realize this is no error this is a fraudulent fake phony company, and a scam who is trying to get money. They never fixed error or responded to my email.
I did a review and there were many many complaints from this company. Unfortunately, I wish I had done this beforehand, but it slipped my mind.
I would appreciate your assistance in my complaint. I would like a full refund form Sissistyles Company in the amount of $96.95.
