Their website said buy 1 get 1 free - it wasn't, they added in more product at check out, they enrolled in auto-replenishment - they did not respond to 10 emails to the [email protected] email address. They lied when I called the customer service ph # 855 877-9433 and said they gave me a return label, and never did. They changed the story every time I called them, then I told them I would report them to the FTC, they hung up on me. My bank stopped the charges due to fraud. I looked up reverse ph # search, and it said ph # not found.

We were looking for a puppy and found one on this website. They wanted a $1000 deposit to hold the puppy and the remaining $1000 once we visited and decided we wanted to dog. We saw the additional pictures they sent after we said we wanted her and made a Zelle payment to them. Zelle stated there would be a 24 hour hold on the payment, but the seller wanted us to cancel with Zelle and use ApplePay. They wanted to money now. They continued texting nonstop with how I should cancel Zelle. They even tried to call. I began getting suspicious with the urgency of needing the money. I started looking online and at their site and realized that I couldn't verify anything about them. I started texting them about my concerns and they would try to assure me with pictures of an AKC Breeder of Merit certificate, which I searched on their site and did not find his name as a receiver of this. His website was built on a hair salon website. He stated he had 19 reviews on google, which can be faked. I did an image search of the puppy and found 2 pages worth of the same image used multiple times by other "breeders" going back to 2004. It is a stock photo. We were able to cancel the Zelle payment; we were lucky. His name is Anthony Watts.

Reached out from their website about a puppy I was interested in getting. Their website required a deposit to hold the puppy, which I understood. He asked me to add the money onto my cashapp and then send him the $450 deposit. Before I sent it, i asked him to send the address to where I would be going to see the dog and meet it. He sent me 193 Timberoak Road in Huntsville, AL. Since I had an address I felt more comfortable sending the deposit. So I sent it and we stayed in contact because I was planning on coming the next day (today) to get the puppy. He calls me today and tells me I have to send the other half of the money now if I want it because someone else is wanting to get it. I told him when I am pulling up to the house that I would. I ended up sending it before arriving. When I arrive, I texted him and let him know and he said he was 16 minutes out. Over an hour goes by and no one gets there and he also stops replying to texts and doesn’t answer the phone calls made. He said the other half of the money had to be sent too for something about a discount. I couldn’t quite understand what he was meaning. After sitting at the house for over an hour, got out of the car to go and knock on the door. Could see through the windows that the house was completely empty. So I made a phone call to a family member letting them know the situation. They are a realtor so they looked up the address and found that the house had actually just been sold and no one was currently residing in it. I was sent to an empty house. I had my friend with me and had her text the number too pretending to inquire about a dog. The person replied to them a couple hours later saying that one of them was but still radio silence to my messages.

We contacted the seller via phone. The perso's name answering the phone was Anthony. He said that in order to go to see the puppies we had to Zelle $460 deposit, which we did, and sent him a proof of transaction. After waiting for nearly 90 min at the address provided on the google page and website, no one showed up or answerred our phone calls or texts. It is very frustrating and sad that this kind of scammers can operate as a legite business. Also how is it even possible to be able to continue advertising on Google.
