Bathing suits were purchased with said credit card. They stayed that the product was delivered to my home. I did have many E-mails back and forth with the company. They stated that they would resend them again. Again I waited the allocated time for them to be sent and they stated they were delivered. They never arrived so I asked for my money back. They tried to say that I could get 50% back.Then it was 60%. This went back and forth so far as to to I stated I would take nothing less than the 100% back and they told me it would be put back in the acct that it was taken out of within 14-25 business days. That time passed and still no refund. Of course I started to realize that I had been duped! I contacted Modlilly.com and was told that they were aware of the scammers using their name and suggested that I speak to the bank. I also decided to alert the BBB.
