We are notifying you from Pet Wave Transport, to kindly check your email and respond to us to resolve the issue concerning the delivery being on Hold.
I went thru my emails and it said that I needed to order a crate please see email

THIS IS URGENT
Your puppy (Reese) is currently in Richmond Virginia as per your ETA.
The next flight has been scheduled to depart, however, the Puppy will
not be able to be on board without a special delivery Thermal central
crate due to bad temperature reading today. This is a severe emergency
issue because this puppy is only a few weeks old and tiny which may not
survive the temperature out here throughout the boarding process. We
recommend you pick any one of the available carriers in this email
before we proceed.
Renting a pet carrier from us will cost you as much as the various
crates below and all sums are totally refundable upon delivery in the
same way you paid if you decide not to keep the crate.
Please remember our transports/delivery are done on a
first-come-first-served basis, So if you want us to maintain the flight
departing today, you have to be fast in getting a pet carrier for your
pet.
