I was on internet and screen went blank and alert popped up said that i needed to call 888-234-5372 and when i did they transferred me to 844-307-1727 and a person named Jazz told me i had to pay $99.00 plus tax to repair and then said i would need to pay and additional $242.00 to have life time protection because i was a senior he asked for a credit cad number and when i told him i did not have a credit card he said put in any number but i refused to do that and he then hung up on me. There was a lot of noise in background and static but then phone went dead
