Type of a scam Online Purchase
Two days later, we had not received a confirmation email that our order was being processed. There was no contact information on the website in order to call them, So I contacted a local Skechers store. When I gave them the order number and email address, I was informed that they had no record of the order. In fact they said, the order number was not a Skechers order number. When I told her the website that I was on, she informed me that the above website was a fraudulent website. I contacted my credit card company who told me the $99 charge already went through under a different name...not Skechers.
I had to cancel my credit card and filed a dispute for the charge. I don't understand if Skechers KNOWS this is a fraudulent website, why is it still up and operational???
