The website is robust and well built. Further, the scammer used a relatively responsive customer service team to respond to emails and calls. However, the scammer used this tactic to include specifying a 3-5 week delivery period to entice potential customers to place an order. However, once the order is placed, the scammer has endless excuses as to why the order is delayed. Further, after requesting a refund, the scammer then has multiple excuses as to why they cannot process the refund. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who has been scammed as evident by many, many complaints on social media.
