Ordered September 4, 2023 a pair of Sketchers women's shoes from usshopking. They sent me a email me on September 9th saying they shipped my order with a tracking number. When l finally receive the package on October 7th, it contained a cheap necklace. When l contacted them they said it was a gift. I
sent another email and asked for a refund. They would not even acknowledge l was asking for one and kept on with the excuses. They said they were out of stock and they would contact their suppliers and make more shoes. Then in November they said it would be another 40 days before they would have more shoes. Now, December 6, 2023, l still have no shoes or refund. They don't even answer my emails anymore. Their shop online is still selling items. Unbelievable!
