Ski and Snowboard Live is being advertised as a subscription streaming service for viewing winter sports. I bought a "weekend pass" that was supposed to allow be unlimited streaming of any events occurring within a 7 day period. I was able to view the streamed events for the first day, then the next 6 days I was locked from viewing any events. I emailed the email address listed above, which is the only contact information listed, requesting that they address the issue and/or provide a refund. I received no response. On a facebook group of people interested in cross country skiing I saw a post of someone asking about the streaming service. In the comments section, multiple people reported similar issues of paying for the service but then not being able to view the events, and also receiving no response from customer service.
