the paving man said he was going to do my neighbor's driveway, and I could get my driveway done much cheaper if he did it at the same time, he gave me a good price, so I said OK. The next day he paved my driveway and my neighbor's driveway, and I paid him with a check. After it rained days later there was water ponding in the driveway, drainage was unacceptable. I called him, he said he would fix it, but he never came back. My neighbor said the paver guy told him I was getting my driveway done and he could get it done much cheaper. I called Ore. construction board; they had no record of him. I admit I got in a hurry, and I made a big blunder, my neighbor, I don't know yet if he is satisfied. This paving guy is a liar and unlicensed, there is no number on his address. My check was paid to his son Martin Brien, his name James or Patrick, I don't remember. I hope you can do something about this guy. The Ore. Construction Board makes it very difficult to do anything.
