ski site for new clothes and gear. Purchased bib snow pants. Told it would take months to reach my midwest address, not sure why when the site says they are in Atlanta, GA. Site looks legit enough. I only see that this phone number is now attached to two other ScamPulse.com scam reports for other types of websites/goods that are not ski related. Tracking link is extensive with updates each day up until 2 weeks ago when the goods supposedly got through US customs. Their customer service even responded to my repeat inquiries a few times, offering 50% discount. I requested a complete refund, which they agreed to and then never refunded. Credit card company stepped in and refunded my money, stopped the payment instead. I thought I'd let it ride to see if anything ever arrived. Now when I call the customer service number, it is always a busy signal. I'm only out my time and annoyance. I have family in ATL and we tried to show up at the address- it's a fake address.
