I bought some ski equipment from SkiGuards.com with the intention of giving it as a Christmas present. I ordered it on Black Friday, plenty of time to get it for Christmas. It did not arrive. After contacting them, they made many excuses about the shipping getting messed up and stated that they would reship my product. However, this never happened. It is now mid-February, and I have still received nothing, and their team is no longer responding to me. I lost $76.37.
