Someone likely skimmed my EBT card when purchased an item in Jewel Osco; the thief bought over 217$ worth of groceries at Austin food and Cigarettes without my knowledge until I checked my balance.

Oddly it says Austin food and Cigarettes in Cicero is permanently closed yet someone used my EBT info to buy over 217$ innit, likely a bunch of skimmers prob bought from there and it's a guise that it's "permanently closed".
