You are asked to receive a FREE SAMPLE of a product and pay only shipping and handling. Before you finish, you are asked to receive another FREE SAMPLE of another product that works with first one, again paying shipping and handling. Not much else is provided but then you see a significant charge of $80.00 + dollars on your bank statement, when all you wanted was to try the FREE SAMPLE. I called the number listed on bank account to cancel this, as I became suspicious. I first was put on hold for 5-7 minutes (told wait time was 4 min.) and recorded voice stated that if I wanted to be called back, just leave my number. I decided to wait anyway. At first woman was pleasant but when I kept insisting I didn't want any "other deals", she continued to state she "understood" - I stated "you apparently don't understand when all I want is to cancel this". I was really starting to panic that now they have my account number and I don't want any other charges on this account. She finally stated she would cancel this and send me an e-mail within 5-6 minutes confirming this. I am waiting for email.
