I first saw an ad stating that is cream from this company was free and you only pay shipping and handling. They had stated on their website that they had a 30 day trial free and we just pay the shipping. They had never said anything about the money they were going to charge me. So I got my product in 6 or 7 days and after 1 one week they slapped on a 180 dollar charge on my account. i couldn't believe it! They took money out of my account without authorization. So, I phoned one of the three numbers they company had to see what was going on. Apparently, it was "clearly stated" on the website that charges would apply when I asked the person about this. I went on the website again and I couldn't anything saying this at all. I phoned the company back to ask for a refund, and they said they couldn't give me the refund! I had not even opened the product and they still couldn't take it back. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE AD. ITS NOT TRUE!!!!

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. And WHY is Jennifer Aniston on the commercial for this product when SHE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT? These people are a TOTAL SCAM.

The exact same thing happened to me. I was told that in the terms and conditions that I was supposed to call and cancel my "subscription" at the end of the 14 day free trial. I kept telling them I didn't do a trial, I ordered a sample and paid postage of a little over 6.00. I told them there were no terms and I wanted my money put back into my account. I was informed there are no returns nor refunds. I finally got them to agree to refund half of my money and I'm disputing the rest through my bank. I was at my bank during this conversation and had this call on speaker so the bank employee helping me could hear what I was being told. I'm also going to share your review with her so she can see I'm not the only one saying there were no terms or conditions listed.
