when I told this woman on phone I only wanted to purchased the one trail size of $4.95, she mentioned a cream in conjuntion with serum to work but I specifically told her I did not wish any shipments billed to my house monthly because if that was the case forget it. She said, "no, I was only paying for two trail sizes only and that was all and was no shipping mention at all." I asked her one more time if on my credit card all that was purchased would be 2 trail sizes and no shipping for $4.95 each correct? Oh, yes, yes. No 14 day trail, then get billed a month later on your credit card for $97.21 for Derma Youth shipment to my house which was the trail size and $92.30 from Skin purity for which I ordered neither of. I contacted my credit card company to retrieve my money and the bank had credited my account until the merchant is going to charge back. I guess they haven't yet caught on to rbs and Nat west trial group scammers yet. Maybe my next recourse is my lawyer, I will call again, I've called the company several times to speak to a supervisor, and their answer was they have none! I will try again to receive my money my refund!!!
