Type of a scam Online Purchase
As you may know when you click our website it says it is unavailable. We want to ensure you that it is not a scam. We are currently being affected by Shopify. They froze our account for no apparent reason. We are actively working to get this fixed as many customers have inquiries about their orders. We are very sorry for this inconvenience as it is out of our control. Once we get this resolved I will be able to help you further. We are so sorry about this.
We understand and are not surprised that you feel scammed, many customers have responded the same way today. Shopify even processes our payments when someone makes a purchase. The only way we get the money is if they issue us a payout. With the current situation we can’t get that payout meaning we don’t even have the funds from all the sales in the past week. We aren’t scamming people because we don’t even have the money. Shopify does. We are so sorry for this inconvenience to you.
