I ordered $104.98 worth of product on 7/11/2018. That consisted of a 14 day teatox pack and garcinia cambogia weight loss gummy bears. I to date have not received my product. I've emailed this company 3 times requesting information on my order and each time I get the same automated response saying we are experiencing delays and your order will ship next week. To date I have nothing. All communication has been generated by me, the customer. This company is taking consumers money and trying to passify them with automated responses. They say all sales are final once your order has been place and your receive an order number. BEWARE because that is immediate. This company has no intention of shipping your product. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I would like to bring a new story to your attention hoping that I will spare a consumer the financial hardship of buying a product from https://skinnytea.com/ .

I have ordered from “Skinnytea” or “Skinny23” over the past year and have not had an issue with an order ….up to now. I placed an order on June 21, 2018 (order #32311) and have not received it yet. Every time I try to contract the company, either by email, Facebook, or by Instagram, I get the same message below. Their website has no other contact information. This company continues to advertise daily but I have not received my order.

Your suggestions on how I can expose and recoup my money back is appreciated.
