Total con! Order one item and they send you some cheap crappy item as a "mistake". Promise to correct the problem but, like others have experienced, the item mysteriously gets lost at the supposed moment of delivery, tracked on an apparently bogus Chinese Express Shipping Company website. Then it is "Oh, so sorry, how about you spend your money on these sites instead?" All cheap crap Chinese sites. This is their actual response:

How about we offer you $55 coupon that you can deduct when you place new order.

I demanded a refund and they tried to refund half of the amount "because they had lost so much in shipping". Many exchanges before they agreed to pay the refund but in the end, they went silent and have not paid the refund. This no doubt, a criminal or possibly a terrorist organization taking your money.

We purchased a Milwaukee power tool from their website and they never sent anything.

we reported this to our bank as fraud and told Skirteep that we reported them as fraud.

Skirteep replied with an apology and immediately sent me a tracking number.

3 weeks later the tracking number package arrives and it is cheap Chinese Ray Ban Glasses.

They do not return phone calls or emails.

DeWalt tools at a ridiculously low price. Two different transactions and confirmation emails were from two different addresses, the transaction showed up as two different businesses in my bank account. Tried contacting using both email addresses from confirmation emails, tried emailing the website directly, called the website directly, absolutely no response. Tried to cancel order, no response.
