Saw ad for clearance items with Macy's but after placing order, it was different outlet. Waited over 6wks for items but now received a ring from Hillsboro OR 97124 and no other information.

They sent me an email of confirmation for the merchandise I bought. They sent a 'tracking' number that I tracked and looked as though it had been shipped. I have attempted to reach out by email as that is the only means of contact aside from a 'message' button that has yet to be respinded too. The tacking information states it was delivered and it never was.

Order clothing. They gave me a tracking number. It was 718 tracking. I could never get nothing. Then they gave me 818track. They said it was on its way. Then they said it was delivered. I told the company i never received anything and i want my money back. They said they would send me the package again i said no give me a refund. Havent heard anything else.
