He is a male and has a accent when he speaks. He sent me a live video showing the puppy i was purchasing a female was recording. In that video you can see his face.

I searched online for teacup Pomeranian puppies for sale. I found several puppy on SkyPets.com and selected a male puppy via email to the breeder, linked from the online site. I filled out a form describing my interest in the puppy. The breeder responded the next day approving me. He provided several payment methods . The breeder requested I text him a screenshot of my payment. I sent the payment via PayPal and a screenshot of the transaction. The breeder emailed me a AKC/American Kennel transfer contract which I signed and emailed to him. The following day (Friday/day 2) he texted he dropped the puppy off to be shipped to me. The shipping company, Drop Home Cargo Logistics, emailed me with the tracking link to view transport of the puppy. A few hours later the shipping company stated they needed $450 for pet insurance in order to proceed using PayPal Friends & Family. That payment would be refunded when I received the puppy from the delivery agent. Payment was made via PayPal to their cashier’s email address with Drop Home Cargo Logistics. They asked for a screenshot of the transaction as well. I checked the tracking link and showed the puppy was changed from HOLD to IN TRANSIT status. At 4:30 pm the status was listed as ON HOLD - quarantined for minimum of 48 hours for all animal entering SC from another state and the recent pet influenza outbreak. I asked where the puppy was being held in quarantine. They said Greenville, SC. On day4 (Sunday) the shipping agent email that an additional $566 was required for pet license and permit. I questioned this with them and they said they could not proceed without this and it would be refunded by the delivery agent, along with the insurance payment. I called the breeder and informed him what was taking place. He said he had other clients that had similar issues based on the state he shipped to. Reluctantly, I paid it. The shipping agent text the puppy was being transported to me today by 5:00 pm. At 5:10pm I called the shipping agent with no answer. I texted him and he responded, making apologies that it was Sunday and they would deliver the puppy on Monday (day5) to my address by 10:00 am. I am not holding my breath that I will receive delivery on Monday. I’m sure there will be more stall tactics or no further communication from them. If I do revenge
