I made my order for a smart watch September 28, 2020 and I never received it so I tried emailing them several times and no answer. I still to this day have not heard anything so I have lost $60 for the order that I have purchased on that smartwatch. And I received a refund that I asked for or the product that I purchased which was a smartwatch.
