I Booked a flight through this third party vendor because they promised lower prices. Once I had entered my credit info, and I was charged, the company canceled and promised my card hadn’t been charged. I have yet to be refunded. I called the actual airline, because I could not get a hold of anyone through Sky-Tours because they don’t have anyone working the phones or emails apparently, and Spirit told me Sky-tours had never been in contact with them about any tickets. I really do believe this company is a scam, I read reviews that told very similar stories to mine on trip advisor.
