I was just trying to get my license back & I was told by the dmv I have to get a breathalyzer installed in my car for 5 months. I found skyfine USA on google on may 20th. When I called I was originally priced at $150 to install so I set an appointment for the same day on the 20th. When they Arrived they showed up late, they were very rude. & I ended up paying $300. I got over it because I needed a breathalyzer . The next day I got a declined unauthorized transaction notification from my bank . Skyfine was trying to charge me 12.99 & 8.99 on may 21st. I ignored it & thought to myself I’ll just laying it the following month. The following month on June 24 I was going to make a payment. Mind you I knew I was 4 days late. I couldn’t log into the app they said I have to use because it does not WORK. So I log into the main website online to find out they’re trying to charge me $49, $44, $202, $107, $172 . I was so confused so I reached out & encountered my rudiest experience ever. I was constantly being interrupted saying I have to pay, when I was asking for an explanation for the charges wouldn’t get an answer till eventually I was hung up on & charged 3 times on my card. I emailed 3 times & called for a week before I was answered just to get disrespected by a supervisor who claimed to be “ashley” she straight up told me she don’t care, & she can’t help me unless I pay everything. Then I have to pay them to uninstall it after. This company is the biggest scam ever. Now I’m not even allowed to log in to check anything at all. I’m very upset & have no clue what to do.
