They just scammed me 1/8/22

Why aren’t these people in jail or prison? Why are they able to still do this? I have some names and a number I called it I don’t want to give more than that I am going to pursue this has anyone got there money back? I was a [censored] and used a per paid visa gift card

Just got scammed today… if I had just googled if the website was legit, I would have seen this. Don't have any animals and didn't realize this world of scammers for pets existed. I know now… pay with credit card not zelle transfer in the future
reading all these accounts of being scammed are exactly what happened to me.

Yes, we paid $ 700 to. After payment was made we were didn't get a response from the owner, very responsive prior to payment, we are very sad about the kitten not to receive!

We paid $700 for the purchase of a main c o o n kitten. After the payment went through, we never heard again from the other party. Trying to contact by email or text failed, no response. We are very sad to lose the kitten.

I am so b[censored]. Thank you to everyone here who is offering a heads-up on these criminals. I came so close to purchasing one of the gorgeous kittens on their website, but became suspicious because they were all the same age, and $700 seems way too low for them. The person I was emailing did not leave a name in any of our conversations, but did give me a video which I am not able to upload, and the woman was speaking Russian...smh...

Scam website, looks legit but don't be fooled, they will ask you for money then ask for more money for shipping of animal. Total fraud do not trust website or email communications.

I tried to buy a pet from this site and my bank flagged them as fraud they wanted $750 dollars for Maine c o o n cat looked legit, but my bank's fraud department advised me not to do business with this site. I got an email from a Jaharvey Champman and his email came up as a red flag which blocked me out of my bank app.

Yea I was so excited thought I was getting a deal for a awesome cat ...thier site looked pretty legit so they almost got me luckily my bank stopped me and I talked to the fraud department and they said the email was just made two days ago and the email kept red flagging as well which locked me out of my banks app...it was fishy to me when they sent me a video of the cat and the lady on it was asian and then the final step was payment and zelle email was a jaharveychapman which was odd because the name Jaharvey is a black name I know this because I'm a black man. so my advice to to stay away from this site completely and pass the word on...can't believe the site is still up

I unfortunately hadn't come across skylar maine [censored].. yet.. but came across "aussie maine [censored]". Their site is set out similar.. and all their kittens are sitting on the same couch! They couldn't facetime and the address they gave me was for an empty property!

And another i just found. Who also paid for a Google ad. "Morning cat pty".. share the same maine [censored] for sale. After a quick reverse image search.. all cats images were stolen off random vet/cat adverts

They got some money out of me. Not the full $700. They told me to also use zelle through my bank app. It wouldn't let me send an amount bigger then $75. So I went ahead and sent that and started to get suspicious and then found all these reports here! It really s[censored]ks that there is people like that put there. I really had my hopes up.

I was trying to buy a cat from them also and they wanted me to send them money first through zelle. But the email i received was identical to the ones shown in the photos just a different cat name. She told me there located in arlington texas. . 700 is a lot of money and as i told them with an actual address and i will pay cash for the cat and make the trip out there but i would not just send them 700$ without an actual address and social media also. Be careful. Glad i stumbled upon this. Unfortunate situation for the victims of this tho. Attached was the cat i was buying. .

This is the website there using and now they blocked my emails also after i asked for an actual address to come and pick up the kitten. Be aware. So unfortunate

I emailed them from their website they asked me for my information, I foolishly paid them the $700 but luckily my bank put it on hold incase of scamming or fraud (thank god). Once I started asking them to send me specific photos and videos of the cat they stopped replying.

This website should be taken down ASAP. It is complete fraud, and we lost $700 to this scam. My fiancé was trying to surprise me with a kitten as a wedding present, and found out that it was a scam in the end. I’m glad they didn’t take more from us, but we don’t have the money to help us move on. This was a big blow to us, and our future.

On March 25, 2021 my husband & I went ahead & decided to go ahead & buy a Maine [censored] after years of trying through Petfinder with no luck, they would already be gone by the time we applied.

Skylar Maine [censored] Cattery seemed legit so we filled out the application through email from the company & then my husband got text message from them because he didn't answer the email fast enough but he finally answered their email questions.

Through the texting he found out they wanted to be paid $750 for a 12 week old kitten and ship on Delta airlines from Texas into Seattle.

The payment was through Zelle @[email protected].

Unfortunately after payment we could not get them to reply back about when we would receive our kitten. We contacted our bank but probably will not see our money. Right now I just want other people to be aware of these scammers.

After we didn't receive any texting back from them, we both researched further and found two other websites almost identical in every way: Skypaws Maine [censored] Cattery and Home of Maine [censored] and there may be more from this same [censored] kittens.

I hope this helps anybody else when researching, which I wish we would of done and didn't find them listed at all.
