I purchased a puppy online and it was to be shipped to me. I paid $650.00 for the puppy and $150.00 for the shipping. I received the shipping information from the breeder with a tracking number. I was able to see all of the tracking info and thought everything was on the way. Then I received an email from the shipper telling me I needed to pay for pet insurance in the amount of $650.00 that would be refunded upon delivery of the puppy. I paid it. A day or so went by and I received another email from someone that said they were a vet from the state () telling me that the puppy need shots for $550.00 and a city permit for $600.00 that would be refunded upon delivery of the puppy. I was then notified that the puppy needed to be in quarantine. Now I received an email telling me that I needed to pay $550.00 to get the puppy out of quarantine, I paid it. Still no puppy. I told them to keep the puppy and give me a refund for the puppy and all the rest. At this point I have not seen the puppy or the money.

I have the same experience, the difference is the amount of money!
I paid via stupid and untrustful Zelle $600.00 for the parrot and $100.00 for shipping after everything was the same, tracking number date of delivery and so on. In half an hour I received EMail from some Robert Bacca [email protected] which said I have to pay some refundable insurance. When I ask him which payment you accept Robert Bacca answer Zelle. I tried pay but first time he gave me his Zelle just first name and some email bank didn't accept it. Second he gave me Zelle with email first name and last name wich was just "T" Than I suspected! Who is that guy last name "T" If it was company they must accept all form payments credit cards PayPal debit cards. That's why I did not pay them and send send e mail to the seller ask him If you want me to pay that insurance you have to send on my Zille $3000.00 security deposit refundable a course. Only then I would pay that Insurance because I didn't sign any agreement with seller and shipping company Who are they?
