This company supposedly sells lightweight portable drones. I did pull up reviews and did not see any scam warnings at the time. I ordered the products (3 drones plus additional propellers and carrying cases) for $389.00. The order was placed 12/01/2021 and I received the order confirmation. On 12/07/2021 I received an email with supposed shipment notification and tracking number. I have repeatably checked the tracking (USPS shows still waiting on package from shipper). I have called repeatedly to customer service and each time I get the same lady named Stephanie who is not helpful and can not transfer me to any other customer representative nor a supervisor. Supposedly a supervisor named Shawn is supposed to call me back but I doubt a Shawn even works there. I have requested a full refund and she tells me that they can not refund because it has already shipped. I pointed out to her that USPS has never received the shipment and her reply is that same "they have it, we can not refund the money". I called her out on this being a scam to which of course she denied. I have called multiple times and she is the only person who answers the phone and you can hardly understand her because of her accent. This is a scam!
