Ordered clothing on 2/15/23, I sent e-mails not receiving my package which was in March. Response came from Thaway,then a Maria from customer service sent email ,that it was delivered ,so the were going to resend with request of signature for proof .which did not happen again invoice text said delivery was on 5/4 23 . Notified them again suggesting it
Wrong address might have been the problem which is not, I asked for the name of company that does their deliveries which they would not say. Says they could reimburse me 60% . This was sent from a person named Haley

I ordered 7 items, mostly sweaters from what I thought was, MACYS, and come to find out it wasn't MACYS. It was Macy aka skyolines. They debited my account after two business days, but I have not received any products. Each email I send they say it was delivered but it was not. I rec'd a tracking number but no carrier name. I also was told I would have a refund but as of April 11th, I have NOT received my refund. This has been going on since Feb. 15th. I ordered clothing from this site on 2/11/2023 and they charged my credit card from skyolines. Com I still haven't received anything and when I tracked the package it was delivered to wrong address but it didn't have a number infront of the street name I've emailed them many times and they keep saying that my package is on its way ,than they say we will send you the same order at no charge so I returned the email and said just send me my order or return my money still waiting on there response the worst is that they have my credit card information
