Ordered several clothes for my daughter, package never showed up, company keeps making excuses , passing blame, refuses 100 percent refund, won’t give a number to me for company management or shipping company for me to call, weird email response names such as “ Rice, nanno, Fancy” always claiming to be a legit company but yet not giving phone number for upper management, claim dept, shipping logistics, and unable to provide invoice or information about my purchase. Been giving me the run around for 2 months now, trying to only refund 50 %, then only 70, then 90 % . Finally after several demands , claiming they will refund me but it will mess up my credit, take months for the bank to credit account.
