Skytrendy what a joke.. This company is total scam. The bs Chinese company. They think they will get away with stealing peoples hard earned money. Wait and watch you won't know what hit you.. COVID coming back your way mother[censored]ers!

I ordered a product from their site on 22 July 2020, and according to the tracking info it hasn’t left SINGAPORE, dated 7 Aug 2020. The Customer Service maybe as robot sending a reply, as you can only communicate with them by email. They rarely respond to your emails. When a questions is asked, there is no answer provided. I requested the policy to cancel my Order # 17514 with no reply containing that information. The Tracking This scam has been going on for over a year based on other reviews I’ve read. Do your self a favor, ALWAYS research a new vendor for any online ordering, I failed to take my own advice I could have spend a little extra from a reputable vendor and receive a better customer experience AND actually receive what you order. Filing a BBB Report and submitting a Charge Card Dispute with my bank.

They blame the delays on COVID but this scam has been going on for over a year based on other reviews I’ve read. Spend a little extra from a reputable retail and have a better customer experience AND actually receive what you order.

Hello. I purchased a misty system from Skytrendy and when I e-mailed them this guy James says; I can't seem to find an order in our system with the name and order number you've provided; please double check the name of the company on your transaction to see if you placed your order with us as there are similar companies selling similar items; do you believe this crap ! never again will I order from anyone that does not have a phone number that you can speak with a human.

I ordered 2 different sets of LED lights mid March 2020 and spent a total of $70. It is now the end of May 2020 and I have not received anything. I have tried to contact the company via emails, calling, etc and have not gotten a response. I do believe that the company is real hence what others say because it connected me to the arrive app and showed the beginning progress of my order in March. The virus has impacted online shopping. My order is coming from China that is why it is taking so long. I’m not happy with the company for not telling me where it was coming from before ordering. I would not have ordered it if I would have known that. I’m also not happy that the company is horrible at responding to customers about orders. The real question is when are my LED lights coming!

I learned about Skytrendy via Facebook ads, which they have deleted from their page now. I made a purchase via their website May 5, 2020, for approximately $70. There were three items in my order. I received a text message from the company saying that my packages were being shipped out on May 8, 2020. When checking the 3 different tracking numbers, one comes back as being an invalid number. The other two show that a shipping label was created, but no product/merchandise provided to the post office yet. Skytrendy does not have a telephone number to call, so, I sent an email, filled out a contact request form on the company's website, and left a message on the business's Facebook page. No reply yet! No items yet! Nothing provided to the post office or any shipping company yet! I want my order canceled and money returned!

I purchased led lights, 4 sets, for my son's birthday in August. I have yet to receive them. I have contacted company several times. There's no phone number to contact them. Only an email. Of which they never responded to my emails. Upon further investigation I have seen countless other people who have been through the same exact situation. They take your money and send you nothing in return. It looks legitimate too. But beware, it is not.
