I posted an add on Craigslist and got a response from someone claiming to be named Jesse Bergeron. He was interested in my motorcycle and asked if there were any issues with it. After my response, he asked about the vehicle history. The following was his message:

"Sure thing. Well I would really appreciate it if you can get the history report and that you obtain it from spymotorcyclevin.com. I need to check it out first so I'll know everything is fine before we meet. I don't want to waste my time on the trip. Also they are quite cheaper than carfax and autocheck and you know how it is, every cent you save counts. I don't want to get it myself because if it's bad then I just lost my money, but you can still use it however it turns out. I hope we can meet sometimes this weekend. Sunday would suit me, but let me know when you are free."

It seemed normal up until this point. I told him I was not interested and ended communication.
