Same thing happened to me…contacted Lukas Walter through facebook after he said he could provide private funding. Our messenger chat disappeared immediately and he said it was because it logged him out. That was Red flag number 1…next was the website he sent me (skyward finances). It was a nice website but people’s names were backwards and the pictures were weird. A couple names were mixson Denise and macalister Andrew. Next was when I found out he wanted $3,750 up front to fund the loan as an origination fee. lol. Get real. Just beware of this guy. Oh and he was texting me under the name “Donald Erling” and he said that was his secretary. Such bull[censored]. I asked him where he got his capital to lend and he never answered where.

I had the similar situation. The person who contacted me is Lucas Walter. A successful business man image on his Facebook. He emailed me the application but i checked his website there is no address and no any reference. Then i Google it on website and i found your report. So i guess no need to contact him anymore. Thanks for your info and warning. Its really helpful.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I am a Real Estate Investor and was contacted by someone on FaceBook by the name of Larry Wacker. He claimed he could get me funding for my real estate projects. He asked for my requirements and sent me a link to apply online. I was told that there would be an Advance Fee Payment due before any funds were given to me. Only bank transfer, cash deposit, Zelle or Cryptocurrency would be acceptable forms of payment. After submitting the online application, I received an approval letter marred with misspellings and grammatical errors in addition to other red flags. At no time was there information on how I would exactly receive the loan. They only stated that I would be funded within 24 hours of them receiving the fee. I started doing further investigating and found way too many inconsistences. I was not able to verify any information on the company, nor it's members. Was not able to call or contact anyone and the person I initially dealt with blocked me on Facebook. I did not send any money, but did fill out the application online which included pertinent information.

I really hope that this "company" is investigated and taken down. If they spent more time doing things legitimately instead of trying to scam people, they may have actually been successful. I hope this sends a message to scammers online to beware. Not everybody is so desperate and won't do their due diligence.
