The person on the other end was extremely nice and helpful. He walked me through everything including paperwork.
My husband, Who at the time when I filled out the papers was not there, than looked at the paperwork and said that this company was not legit.
After googling this company, I saw that everyone had had an experience like mine and that the money they were taking from my bank account didn’t actually go to student loans. People tried to call this company back and the company I guess would not call and was closed down.
