Purchases a Rachio - 16-zone 2nd Generation Smart Sprinkler Controller from them. After I submitted for my purchase they directed me to a video that had instructions on how to purchase a $50 gift card from amazon by purchasing a psn gift card and then give them verification code. It seemed fishy so I googled information about the business, but other than shipping taking long, I didn't hear any negative reviews. I entered verification code, emailed them 2 days later when I hadn't received an email after payment. Nothing. Tried to contact them through their 'Contact Us' but didn't get a reply. Checked on play station and indeed the code had been redeemed, but I didn't receive any product in the mail nor email from them contacting me back.

This website uses PlayStation network gift card codes for payment. They take the money and you never get your product. They’re very sneaky. I’m out 50$ and have found hundreds reviews all over reddit and elsewhere that talk about how this company has stolen their money.

I ordered a cell phone the website slamoc.com for $50, and after I paid with a PSN code, the next day I got an email from them saying that my order was processing. After not hearing anything, I emailed days after to get an update on shipping and never got a reply. I called their customer service number and it just rings. I should have known it was too good to be true. Before I ordered, I read positive reviews and watched positive video reviews and read an article about a successful audit. The only complaint at that time was that the shipping took longer than they estimated, and that it was weird paying with the PSN code, but all the other customers appeared to be happy with their purchases. These people are good at scamming and covered all of their tracks, but I should have know it was too good to be true. Over a week later, now I am just starting to see other victims speak out about about the scam. I wish I would have seen this before I wasted my $50. Please avoid this site!

I received 2 emails. One welcome to slamoc.com, an order processing email and finally an email that says it's been processed and you will receive an email when item is shipped within 2 business days. I have emailed them 4 times for an update (we are on day 3) and tried to call. No email response and the phone # is not a working number

This elaborate retail online purchase site has bogus reviews on phony sites along with a series of good reviews from youtube actors. There is even a phony site suggesting a successful audit was completed of their facilities. Just about every product is $50 and you are conveniently directed to Amazon on checkout in order to pay them with Amazon gift cards so that they are not track-able. Don't fall for this scam. Stay Away!
