Agile-Camp / HK Richard Group Co Ltd Dublin HK - Kohl's Fake Facebook Ad
I assumed then it was a scam, however the next day I did receive an email with a tracking number and link to a webpage to "track" the shipment. The webpage was continually updated over the next 30 days as the shipment supposedly moved from China to the U.S. until eventually it was showing the status 'Delivered.' Of course it was NOT delivered, at which time I responded to the email I'd originally received to complain.
They were very apologetic and offered to ship it again, but with delivery signature required. I made them verify my address and they sent me a new tracking number within a few days. Same thing all over again, it took a month and then eventually showed another bogus delivery. It's a scam, and these people are thieves. The company that charged my credit card was "HK Richard Group Co Ltd Dublin HK". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR ANY OTHER TOO-GOOD-BE-TRUE FACEBOOK SELLERS. Facebook obviously does not vet their advertisers at all, and I will never click another ad on their site.

Throughout the next month I tracked the package on the provided website, known as "agile-camp." The shipment originated in China and went through several checkpoints. Finally, on July 28 the tracking service informed me the package had been "Delivered, In/At Mailbox/courtyard." I checked my mailbox and all surrounding areas and the package was not there. It has not yet arrived.
I contacted Kohl's Cash, since that was the first storefront I saw when I originally placed the order. They told me the package had nothing to do with them and that several websites have appropriated the Kohl's Cash branding for scams.
I contacted Slaxen customer support and told them about the situation. The chatbot suggested I email Slaxen customer support directly. I did. The next day I got an alert from Google that the recipient's server denied the request to deliver my email.
I contacted Slaxen again through their customer support site, questioning the validity of their business. Eventually I got a response from Slaxen claiming they were an honest company. They offered to re-ship the package to me, but qualified themselves by saying tracking might not be available for it -- I'd just have to wait. They also said if I declined they would try to "negotiate a solution."
I accepted their offer via response message on Slaxen customer support. I asked for confirmation of tracking and when they expected the shipment to arrive. I have not yet gotten a response.
