Browsing Facebook, I chose a vendor that was soliciting clothing for sale, specifically T-shirts. I placed an order for a number of T-shirts, supplied my debit card, information, and place the order on July 24, 2023. I contacted this vendor via email to track my shipment and they claimed the shipment was delivered, but it was not. The vendor could not provide me with a name or location of the delivery The vendor explained that they would resend the shipment. Upon tracking once again, they claimed that the package was again signed for by myself and delivered, which it was not. I feel that this is a scam, and I am the victim.
