He stated that he was working on a project in Dubai. Provided a copy of his contract (see attachment). Said he encountered construction issues and asked for money to resolve them. Requested funds be submitted in bitcoin so it was accepted in that location.
Then increased the amount he "needed" and wanted to offer credit on existing credit card to bring it to limit so he would have access to that full amount.
Had assistance from a female who claimed to be his daughter (living in Minnesota with a corresponding phone number) who also made contact, via text and phone calls, requesting funds to help her father return to the US. Of course, no monies that were given to him were repaid. All communication ceased by both individuals.
This man used a valid local residential address, a valid street address for his business address and had a business profile on LinkedIn. According to his business website he is also affiliated with Willfaire Construction and also has a business address in Canada.
