Immediately after purchasing, I got a confirmation email sharing I'd get a shipping notification shortly with tracking details. Note their website shares they'll deliver within 1-day business days, and deliver within 5-7 business days.
It's been two weeks and I haven't even gotten the shipping confirmation email. I checked my spam and everything. Per their website, I reached out to them via email and DMs a total of three teams, which they have not responded to even though their website shares they'll respond within 24 hours.
Others online have shared the same issues.
