Please don't order anything from this "so-called" company. I placed an order on November 16, 2018 and received a confirmation the same day. On December 9, 2018, I sent an email requesting a tracking number for my order because my credit card had already been charged. On December 17, 2018, I received an email stating there was an issue with their system and provided shipping information. Once you click on the link, you are brought to website that provides information on the shipping but nothing makes sense. The website that I ordered from has now been changed and the address location no longer appears on the website, along with other information. The website has even changed to www.sleepious.co.

I contacted my credit card about the issue and they are aware this is a scam. Save your time and money!

I ordered a quilt and a set (duvet cover and pillow cases) from Sleepious. Things on the site said they were made in the USA, in Oregon. I only received the set and it came from China. The set looks nothing like the website; the picture is out of focus and blurry, the colors are smeared and it is hard to make out the picture. I contacted the company and they asked for pictures of the set, and said they would look into what happened with the quilt. I sent in pictures, and the rep, Bruce Parker, told me he thought it looked "fine" and he didn't know what happened with the quilt. They have since stopped replying to my emails.

I had very little money for Christmas but my partner really wanted the sugar skull quilt she saw on Facebook. Well against my better judgement I ordered it, the big one queen sized. $65 later dec 2 nd i ordered immediately got welcome emails the first 3 days dec 2, 3rd, n 4th giving me discounts trying to get me to order more. One email said my order was received and it would be a 5-7 day process and that I would be emailed my tracking. Well dec 13th after I’ve emailed them several times asking where it is, still no response or tracking number. I really hope they make this right because it’s now ruined my Christmas for my partner because I don’t have any more money to buy more gifts.

I saw an add on Facebook and ordered two quilts on 11/27/18. Got a confirmation email for my order and then another email welcoming me to Sleepious. I then got a third email from Bruce, the "founder" of the company, stating that my order was being processed and would take 5-7 working days because everything is made by hand. It stated that once my quilts were packaged and shipped I would get another email with a tracking number. The email had some mis-spelled words and grammatical errors, which made me question the validity of the company, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I still hadn't heard anything by 12/10/18 so I emailed customer service. I got a generic email back stating my request had been received and was being reviewed by their support staff. Still hadn't heard anything by 12/12/10 so I sent another email. I received the same generic reply email. There is no phone number to call the company. I will be calling my credit card company to cancel the charge if I still can.
