I go to purchase a watch and pay $5.95 for shipping and when I click submit it says order not complete so I click another submit. But instead another item is added unto my order but I again get a not complete message. I exit out of the page and check my bank account and have 2 charges for $5.95. I call their customer service to ask how I could be charged when the website kept saying my order was not complete and receive no answer. The company is not Verizon Wireless nor is it affiliated with Verizon Wireless.

I called number 844-924-2524 to have them cancel immediately and the man said it was too late and then started trying to sell me more product and not allowing me to get 2 words in. He then hung up on me and wouldn't pick up the phone.

TOTAL $56.94. I immediately called the number displayed spoke with an individual by the name Ms. Ala and explained I did not request the additional items and did not care to purchase them and asked to have them removed immediately. She said she had to speak with her supervisor and returned offering to give items at a reduced 20%. I refused the offer and I was once again placed on hold with a returned offer of 60%. I once again refused the offer and was told there was nothing else she could do and she terminated the call. Low and behold with all the delay in mail service the past three to four months in three days the package arrived. I filed a claim with my credit card company and was informed I would be responsible to pay the fee to return the rize pods. BUT, the 12 month warranty fee of $9.99 and the shipping and handling fee of $6.96 had been dropped. What a rip-off. Very important lesson learned; “For a slave of the Lord does not need to fight, but needs to be gentle toward all, qualified to teach, showing restraint when wronged.” 2 Timothy 2:24

Then an Amazon Survey came up which i should have know better about but i took the survey and they were going to ship me a free watch if i paid the shipping costs. I'm a smart person and I did a stupid thing.
So when i completed the transaction my bank immediately called me about a scam. I tried to get my $29.99 + $5.95 + $5.95 back but was not able. The package came today. There is not a return envelop or anything.
They are praying on people.
