I called the phone number, confused and asking what this was, and why I received it, and the person on the phone (no name given) informed me I signed up for a "trial period" on Dec. 6, 2017. When I disputed that, and said I didn't want this, and can I return it, he said no. When I pushed, he said I can return it for a 50% return of my money due to "restocking." I insisted that I never ordered this, I don't want it, and I'll even pay return postage, and all he offered (in a calm, uncaring voice) was to do a three-way conference call with my bank so they could "mediate." They already had my money and refused to give it back, so I decided to contact my bank separately.
My husband called back (twice) and spoke to a different person each time. They were rude, insisted I "subscribed" for this product, and refused to return any of our money except for 50%. Each time we asked to speak to a supervisor, manager, or anyone else and were told there was no one else available. The second person hung up on my husband. The third person insulted us.
I'm calling my bank in the morning to report this as fraud and do what I can to ensure they cannot charge my card again. I'm pretty sure my $90 is gone forever, and as a result, I bounced two checks that day and was charged $60 in overdraft fees.

We called their customer service and talked to a Shala who repeated the fine print to me, interrupted me constantly and they declined any refund. They would not let me talk to a manager. They did however offer me more products.....REALLY??? This company should be shut down their products don't work and they have 1 star reviews all over the internet. This is a piggy back vitamin sale tactic exactly like garcina cambogia.
