I ordered a trial product on my facebook page. The product I ordered was to reduce pain. It was endorsed by Snoop Dog the rapper. I was only suppose to pay for the shipping which was 4.95. Also a cream made by the same company. So my total cost was 4.95x2 = $11.90.

I received a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia that I never ordered. I had the charged removed from my credit card and I thought all was fine.

Just the other day I received another unsolited bottle of Garcinia Cambogia. I am frustrated because I never ordered nor do I want to order this product.

Per their Terms and Conditions: "If you feel SlimGenesis Garcinia is not for you, call us to cancel within 14 days from the order date to avoid the membership fee of $79.95 and enrollment in the auto-shipment and auto-billing program, which charges you for a 1 month supply every 30 days starting 30 days after your trial period ends, at the low price of $79.95 per month." This implies they do not charge until 30 days after the trial has ended, not the day after. My receipt says nothing about a 14 day trial or about enrolling in a membership. I also didn't see this anywhere on the site when I agreed to a 30 day trial bottle until the phone operator directed me to it when I called about a fraudulent charge on my card. They finally consented to a 50% refund after I repeatedly pointed this out to them for half an hour. I was also told that they get this same call a lot, so clearly I am not the only one who has had this problem.
