Paid and ordered this over four weeks ago. Email sent a tracking number, and the tracking number does not exist when you try to track it. Emailed their support several times and never heard anything back.

My card was charged, never received the product, and never received a reply from support.

Ordered this “slimmingstrap“through Facebook a couple of weeks ago and when I received the tracking number and entered it into the link there is no record of it. I tried to contact the company by email and it has been a couple of days and I have had no response. I looked on their facebook page and only reviews are of people who have notreceived their product and have filed for a refund with their bank. Some of them ordered it months ago and still no product. Also the tracking numbers have no record of being found in the system for those customers. There is no activity at all on their Facebook page other than the bad reviews. The website says based in San Diego California but there is a connection with Hong Kong after doing some research.
