Ordered 3 of the product to clear windshields on cars. In November 2023

I put them in my car for over 2 weeks. It does nothing.

I wrote company for a address to return the products. Didnt get a response until a month ago. Then was told o could get a 30% refund of the total price. Now telling me it's been over 90 days and cant do a refund.

They didn't send me a return address to be able to return the items.
