They offer a free trial, you order, if you don't cancel within 14 days, you are charged a ridiculous price. It is not in their confirmation email or obvious on their site that you only have 14 days, it is also not listed what the purchase price is. There are no refunds and you are immediately put on an auto ship, every month they send you more and charge you. The instructions state that it could take more than a month to see results. That led me to believe that I would use the product for a month to determine it's efficacy. How can it be a trial if the trial period is less than the time it takes to work?
