My girlfriend ordered a piece of clothing from this website as it was recommended by a social media advertisement. After ordering one item of clothing, she received an email a few days late with an order number, and saying it was shipped, but with no tracking number. When you reply to the email "[email protected]" you get an email back immediately stating that this is not a valid email address. When you go to their website, there is a "customer submission" box to ask a question, yet they will not reply. EVER. I have asked for a simple update on the order, and later asked for a full refund, yet no reply whatsoever. Do not use this website, do not use Slimy-US to purchase athletic clothing at all.
