I purchased a coat online for Father’s Day on June 2, 2023. I entered my address for shipping and then it went to the next screen which was payment. I had the option to enter my card information or Apple Pay so I chose Apple Pay. I never received the merchandise after that. They never sent confirmation of sale or a receipt to my email following purchase. After 2 weeks of waiting, I reached out via the chat function on their website about the purchase. They told me they had to get the coat from their warehouse and I’d receive it Wednesday. They then somehow turned off the auto chat and I was no longer able to reach anyone about my purchase. Since then, I keep asking for a tracking number for my purchase and I get no response.
