I was checking my bank account and noticed a unfamiliar charge for $19.95. When I called this company they said they would cancel my subscription so my card would not be charged again. They refused to refund the money they already stole from me. I explained that I never signed up for their product/program. They couldn't tell me where the original purchase came from. Only that it was a trial and should have been cancelled prior to the 60day trial ending. I didn't sign up for ANY trials at ANY time in the six months or so. I can't believe that these companies can rob people like this!! It can't be legal.
