Company came out to clean the duct work in our air vents. The price quoted vs the final price was a difference greater than $500. I've called the company multiple times to try to get a copy of the invoice that I was told was being sent to me at time of payment. Not only have I not receive an invoice, each time when I called the company to inquire about it, the operators that answered the phone with a different company name. I was told the "manager has to handle this", "the manager will be sending this out" and the last time, "the manager will call you back right away". I have never received any phone calls or invoice.
